About Group Coaching
We use a unique eight-week coaching model developed by Team Coaching International. The general steps of the model are:
- We use a proprietary tool to determine the interaction and learning styles of the group.
- The group meets once per week under the guidance of the coach.
- We try to minimize the impact of the coaching on the group members' normally assigned tasks.
- Each group identifies for itself one real-world problem to eliminate or reduce.
- The coach helps the group identify their goal, form a plan for addressing it, and carry out the plan.
- At the end of coaching , we repeat the assessment to see how the group's interaction style has changed.
